Itinerary

Arrival in Addis Ababa
Day 1:
Arrive at Bole International Airport. Meet your guide and transfer to the hotel. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a short city tour including the National Museum and Ethnological Museum. Overnight in Addis Ababa.
Addis Ababa – Arba Minch
Day 2:
Fly to Arba Minch. In the afternoon, visit the Dorze people in the Guge Mountains, known for their beehive-shaped houses and weaving traditions. Overnight in Arba Minch.
Arba Minch – Konso – Jinka
Day 3:
Take a morning boat trip on Lake Chamo to spot crocodiles, hippos, and birds. Continue driving to Konso, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore the terraced villages and Waga statues. Proceed to Jinka through stunning landscapes. Overnight in Jinka.
Jinka – Mursi Tribe – Turmi
Day 4:
Drive through Mago National Park to visit the Mursi tribe, known for their lip plates and unique customs. After lunch in Jinka, continue to Turmi, home of the Hamer people. Overnight in Turmi.
Turmi – Omorate – Turmi
Day 5:
Visit the Dassanech tribe in Omorate by crossing the Omo River in a traditional canoe. Return to Turmi and experience Hamer culture—possibly including a traditional bull-jumping ceremony. Overnight in Turmi.
Turmi – Karo Tribe – Arba Minch
Day 6:
Drive to visit the Karo people at Korcho village, renowned for their body painting and river views. Continue your drive back to Arba Minch, with cultural stops en route. Overnight in Arba Minch.
Arba Minch – Addis Ababa
Day 7:
Fly back to Addis Ababa. Enjoy leisure time for souvenir shopping or optional city visits. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with live music and cultural dance. Overnight in Addis Ababa.
Departure
Day 8:
Transfer to the airport for your international flight. End of tour.
